Sometimes life hands us events that cause us to become frozen, hyperactive, numb, experience panic, PTSD, and other symptoms. These events include emotional, physical or sexual abuse, life threatening events (accidents, crime victims and serious illness), war or other overwhelming experiences. Shock and Trauma Shock is manifested as parasympathetic or sympathetic and patterns can be different for women and men. There is a lot of new scientific information about shock and it’s treatment in recent years.

Come to this Heart Centered supportive experiential workshop. Reclaim your calm power, split off parts, your natural aliveness, innocence and sense of trust. Experience powerful, healing processes in the loving and nurturing location of Breitenbush Hot Springs. While this particular seminar is individual work, couples are also invited, as each partner can support the other creating a deeper healing experience.

Reclaim split off parts of yourself as you change limiting beliefs. Understand Soul shock and trauma as you heal your existential issues. Leave lighter and more peaceful with a stronger sense of inner knowing.

A source of more information about Shock and Trauma is a book called "We are all in Shock: How Overwhelming Experiences Shatter You... And What You Can Do About It", by Stephanie Mines, Ph.D., New Page Books, 2003. While Stephanie uses an energy medicine called TARA as her main healing tool we will use TARA and other effective energy medicine based and neuropsychology (brain science) based methods for healing.
