Leadership with Heart and Soul
A personal growth opportunity presented by
Larry Rogers, ACHT

May 22 - 25, 2009
at Breitenbush Hot Springs, OR
Starts Friday dinner, ends Monday afternoon.

Whether you are faced with personal, business, political or spiritual leadership challenges, do you move towards the Heart and Soul of the matter or avoid the real and difficult issues? Every day in seemingly mundane or frighteningly large events we are challenged to respond in ways that call out for us to stand up and tell our truth in adaptive ways that work. We must find and use creative and effective ways of connecting and leading if we want to create important change within ourselves, our families, our organizations, our communities and beyond. Often we hesitate and avoid. Come on a journey of self-confrontation and introspection. Bring your values and beliefs out to be seen, and feel the emotions that true leadership evokes.

This dynamic, insightful and exciting opportunity for deep personal and group work is designed to help you tap into your passion, and face your own fears while looking into the mirror of another’s fear. You will gain new perspective, effectiveness, confidence, tools and insight from the seminar, from within and from all.
